REFUND & RETURN POLICY
The short version: if your dog doesn't take to the board within 90 days, we refund you in full, and you don't ship anything back. We built the business around that promise, so we've kept the rules simple and human.
The 90-Day Calm-Dog Guarantee
Every CalmClaws kit is covered for 90 days from the date of delivery.
If you've followed the included Calm Nails Method guide and your dog hasn't taken to the board, contact us at [hello@calmclaws.com] and we'll make it right. We'll usually offer some help first, because most "my dog ignores it" cases are solved with one or two small adjustments, and we'd rather fix it than refund it. If it's still not working for your dog after that, we refund your full purchase price to your original payment method.
You do not need to return the board. Donate it, pass it to a friend with a braver dog, or keep it. Return shipping waste helps nobody.
Guarantee terms:
- The guarantee covers one kit per customer and per household. Additional kits in the same order (for example the second board in a Multi-Dog Kit) are covered by the same single claim.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.
- The guarantee starts on the delivery date shown by the carrier's tracking.
- We may decline claims that show signs of abuse of this policy, including repeat claims across orders or accounts.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, has a fault (for example a drawer that doesn't slide or lock), or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. No return required.
Order cancellations and address changes
We process orders quickly, usually within 24 hours. If you need to cancel or change your shipping address, email us as soon as possible after ordering. Once an order has been dispatched we can no longer cancel or redirect it, but the guarantee above still applies.
Lost or undelivered orders
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 25 days of dispatch, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.
Digital products
The Calm Nails Method guide and any other digital products are delivered instantly and are not refundable on their own. They're included free with kits, so a refunded kit simply means you keep the guide with our blessing.
Refill auto-ship subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your refill subscription at any time from your account page or by emailing us, up to 24 hours before your next renewal date. Refill orders already dispatched follow the damaged/defective terms above.
How to make a claim
Email getcalmclaws@gmail.com with your order number and a couple of sentences about what's going on. A human reads every message. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
